You may change your wine preference at any time through your Squitchy Lane Wine Club account at www.squitchylane.com.au
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free for all orders of 6 bottles or more for the Wine Club or any order for Premier’s Club.
When will I be charged?
There are no ongoing membership fees for either wine club. We will only charge your card one day prior to dispatch, so we can prepare all orders in advance. In order to ensure prompt delivery, please advise Squitchy Lane of any changes to payment methods as soon as possible.
Can I skip a delivery?
You may skip a delivery by simply logging into your account and selecting the “skip” button. You account will automatically activate again ready for the next delivery.
What happens if my card fails?
We will hold your Wine Club pack and retry to charge your card again 5 days later as well as reaching out to you to let you know we have had trouble with your payment.

How do I cancel my Wine Club membership?
Membership may be cancelled at any time after the first two Wine Club orders have been delivered. Cancellation must be received in writing or email prior to the next wine pack dispatch.
