Is there a joining fee?
No, there is no fee to join one of our wine clubs. You simply need to meet the requirements of the club – purchase a minimum of three 6 packs per year for ‘The Club’ or a minimum of four bottles every four months for the Subscription Club.
Will I pay for shipping?
Delivery is free for all members of our wine clubs. You also receive free shipping and member discounts on any additional orders
Can I change the wines in my delivery?
You may change the wines that you receive in your delivery. Approximately two weeks prior to your delivery, wine club members will receive an email about their upcoming delivery. This email contains a link that allows you to amend the wines that are part of that delivery. Alternatively, you can email the wine club at email@example.com or call the winery on 03 5964 9114.
When will I be charged?
We will only charge your card prior to dispatch. In order to ensure prompt delivery, please advise Squitchy Lane of any changes to payment methods as soon as possible.
Can I skip a delivery?
You may skip a delivery by simply logging into your account and selecting the “skip” button. Your account will automatically activate again ready for the next delivery.
How do I cancel my Wine Club membership?
Membership may be cancelled at any time after the first two Wine Club orders have been delivered. Cancellation must be received in writing or email prior to the next wine pack dispatch.
