We are excited to partner with Al Dente Enoteca in Carlton to celebrate the wines of Squitchy Lane. Set in stylish premises on Nicholson Street, Al Dente offers a luxurious and modern menu of regional Italian dishes. In the kitchen, owner and chef Andrea Vignali (formerly Grossi Florentino) and Davide Bonadiamen build upon their respect for Italian heritage and tradition to create beautiful, contemporary dining. The dinner will feature new release wines as well as some gems from the cellars matched to a four course menu.
